1. Key GESO Representative for Local Market Technical Support
2. Management of EVO Related issues on behalf of the local market
3. Identification and flagging of high profile issues ensuring appropriate handling within the GESO support teams.
4. Identification of recurring issues
5. Incident and Escalation Management at a local market level – translating all technical progress
6. GESO Communication Management
7. Service Model Review
8. Initiation of Improvement activities
9. Perform on-call duty as required for Incident escalations for all Local Markets out of Support Hours
1. Graduate/Post graduate in preferably technical or business streams
