1. Responsible for all operational management aspects of incidents between the Vodafone Group EVO solution and internal and external systems and partners.
2. End-to-end ownership of the incidents , communication between business and support teams; issue resolution
3. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely updates to business
4. Work instructions / Cookbooks
5. Escalation Management
6. Improvement initiatives identified and implemented
7. Securing incidents are resolved within SLA
8. Co-ordination with all support groups..
9. Follow up of related CRQs / SAP tickets to ensure timely delivery.
