1. Answering calls and interpreting information to set up a claims script for Auto Insurance process for Auto Insurance process
2. Establishing a communication framework, method and frequency to ensure that customers expectations are managed
3. Ensuring a high level of quality as defined in the Critical Success Criteria
4. Performing accurate investigation of the claims process by engaging both internal and external parties.
5. Processing and handling claims.
6. Sending emails to the vendors.
1. Must possess good product knowledge to identify opportunities to increase product density.
2. Should have excellent communication skills (both written and verba)
