Job Description:
1. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

2. Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

4. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

5. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

6. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

7. Communicate with public services when necessary.

8. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

9. Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.

10. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

11. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

12. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

13. Process paperwork.

14. Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents

15. Resolve issues between management and employees

16. Advise managers on policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment

17. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

18. Process background check.

19. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

20. Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.

21. Undertaking regular salary reviews.
