Job Description:
1. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

2. Design, build and maintain social media presence

3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

9. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
B.Tech or Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Business, Communications, Marketing, English or related field of study is required.

Experience: 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience

Required Skills:
1. Knowledge of systems and tools, including CRM, email marketing, websites/microsites, social media, Google Adwords, Facebook ads

2. Must be comfortable and adept at writing about technical topics

3. Strong understanding of the importance of branding and of developing a voice for a product or service

4. Proven ability to write for a business-to-business (B2B) audience

5. Ability to create messaging for various types of marketing communications channels: newsletters, email, web content, etc

6. Demonstrated project and time management skills

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders

8. Proven ability to efficiently and effectively lead and manages cross-functional teams, agency and external vendor partners

9. Must be computer literate and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
