Job Description:
1. Give Permanent fix to the desktop, printer problems, basic LAN & server Support issues.

2. Load/Reload standard build operating system configurations.

3. Installation & troublingshooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines.

4. Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove virus.

5. Esclate the problem to the technical specialist & to regional/ National Team Leads if not resolved.

Qualification: B.Tech (2016 & 2017 Only)
